My father used this in the 80’s or 90’s to control the bedroom lights without having to get out of bed. The flap that covers the buttons has a broken hinge and falls off. The word “Mantel” is written in pencil for position 2 and there’s some water damage on the left side of that interior label. The unit works. I just tested it with the other modules I am selling.
